Paypal Kena Limited 180 Hari

Akun Paypal terkena limited selama 180 hari bagaimana cara mengatasinya ? Di posting ini saya hanya memohon bantuan kepada kawan – kawan tentang kasus paypal saya yang hingga saat ini masih tekena limit. Dan gak tanggung – tanggung, limited berlaku selama 180 hari atau setengah tahun.
Saya memohon bantuan kepada kawan - kawan yang pernah mempunyai pengalaman serupa. Misal sudah pernah ada yang mampu mengatasinya, tolong dong dikasih tau lewat komentar. Dan sebelumnya terimakasih atas solusinya. Saya sudah mencoba beberapa tips mengatasi paypal yang kena limited. Tapi hingga sekarang belum ada hasilnya.
Kronologisnya seperti ini :

a.    17 Agustus 2011 saya memasukkan data bank, karena bermaksud verifikasi menggunakan bank lokal. Dan mendapat balasan demikian. “ Congratulations! You have successfully added an Indonesia bank account to your PayPal account. You can now withdraw funds from your PayPal account to this bank account. “
b.    18 Agustus 2011 , langsung kena limit, tapi belum 180 hari. Dan disuruh menghapus limited lewat Resolution Center.
c.    Saya tidak dapat mengirim dana, dan lain lain.
d.    Untuk itu saya langsung mempelajari resolution center, dan ada beberapa cara mengatasi limit. Yaitu dengan cara merubah pasword, mengirim scan photo ID.
e.    19 Agustus 2011, menunggu hasil. Sambil mengirim scan photo ID / KTP dan rekening bank BRI
f.    20 Agustus 2011, Paypal appeal denied
g.    23 Agustus 2011, dapat email dengan isi sebagai berikut :

PayPal reserves the right to close any account reported to be involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior.  In the event of a dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your PayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your PayPal balance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any other legal means.

Due to the potential risk of charge backs or other action filed by buyers, your balance will be held 180 days from the date of your limitation. At that time, any remaining funds will be available for
withdrawal.

account and click on the 'Withdraw' tab to receive your funds.

Pertanyaan Saya :
Apakah paypal saya masih bisa diselamatkan ? Paypal saya belum terverifikasi dan limited 180 hari, padahal masih sekitar $ 212 US.

Apakah dana yang tersisa masih bisa ditarik / withdraw ?
Jika bisa, bagaimana cara agar akun paypal saya tidak kena limited?
Rencana dana yang tersisa tersebut akan saya gunakan untuk membeli komputer untuk disumbangkan ke Organisasi Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia / PMII Cabang Kota Salatiga. Karena sedang membutuhkan komputer untuk kursus mengetik, multimedia gratis bagi para kader maupun mahasiswa STAIN. Kepada kawan – kawan , sabahat/ i mohon bantuannya. Dan saya ucapkan terimakasih.
